If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us within 24 hours of placing it.
After this period, we may be unable to process your cancellation if your order has already been confirmed, packaged, or shipped.

In cases where the order has been dispatched, you may still return it in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
