Terms & Conditions – MyGarments

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the website operated by MJK Products, trading under the name MyGarments (hereinafter “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By creating an account and/or placing an order, you (“the customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

• We / Our Brand: MJK Products, Company Number 90365992, registered in Zwolle, The Netherlands, operating under the trade name MyGarments.

• Customer: Any individual or business purchasing products via our website.

• Product: Any physical goods offered for sale on our online store.

2. Scope

2.1 These Terms govern all website usage and purchases made through our online store.
2.2 Changes or deviations from these Terms are only valid if confirmed in writing.
2.3 If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remainder will remain in force.

5.3 If a delay occurs, we will inform you. If your order has not been delivered within 15 business days from confirmation, you may cancel without penalty.
5.4 Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon confirmed delivery.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

6.1 You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
6.2 Products must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
6.3 Refunds of the purchase price and original shipping costs will be issued within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods, provided they are in their original condition.
6.4 Some products are excluded from withdrawal rights, including but not limited to custom-made items, perishable goods, and hygiene-sensitive items. This will be clearly stated on the product page.

7. Payment, Fees, and Taxes

7.1 Payments are processed securely through our payment service providers.
7.2 All prices include applicable VAT. Tax-compliant invoices will be provided.
7.3 No additional transaction or platform fees apply.
7.4 Refunds for cancelled or returned orders will be processed within 7 days.

8. Liability and Warranty

8.1 We are responsible for ensuring all products meet legal and quality standards.
8.2 In the event of defects, damage, or non-compliance, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
8.3 Our liability is limited to the value of the product, unless the issue results from intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

13.1 You may close your account at any time after fulfilling all outstanding obligations.
13.2 We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or fraudulent activity.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

14.1 These Terms are governed by Dutch law.
14.2 Any disputes will be handled by the competent court in our registered jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by law.
14.3 Alternative dispute resolution may be considered if both parties agree.
